About Us
Edward Yankoski - CTO, Senior Design Engineer
Edward is a Seasoned Design Engineer with highly diverse knowledge and experience, particularly in automotive EV powertrain transportation systems and has been instrumental in advancing next-generation vehicles. Ed founded Concept 2 Production back in 2000, and has honed in his Engineering mastery through the various projects C2P has managed.
In his free time, Ed enjoys camping all across Michigan and learning about growing his own fresh produce at home.
Steven Yankoski - Senior Design Engineer & Management
Steven Yankoski is a Product Design Engineer with skills in product development, functional design, and advanced manufacturing. He is experienced in CAD modeling, prototyping, and creating designs that balance performance, durability, and manufacturability. Known for his attention to detail and hands-on approach, Steven brings practical solutions to complex design challenges.
Outside of engineering, he enjoys restoring and customizing Jeeps and exploring Michigan’s outdoors with his dog Munk.
Haleigh Yankoski - Office Administrator, HR
Haleigh has a professional background in Veterinary Medicine and Natural Resources, bringing us a range of knowledge from perspectives outside of the engineering world. When she isn't handling Human Resources, she is learning Product Data Management while also attending Colorado State University.
She lives in Colorado with her blind cat named Echo, and in her free time she enjoys working on her Jeep, fly fishing in a near-by river, or having a glass of wine after her run club.
